Qualification Summary

Around 70% of all learners in the UK who achieve a level 2 food safety catering qualification qualify through Highfield. This qualification can be assessed in a classroom environment, or remotely through our Qualify at Home service. Its delivery can also be supported through Highfield training resources and e-learning (written in line with the key learning outcomes of this qualification). We also offer free mock examination papers for this qualification to help prepare your learners for their final assessment.
