What you will study
- 01Unit 501 (mandatory): Principles of Management & Leadership in an Organisational Context (7 credits)
- 02One elective unit chosen from: Unit 502 – Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success (6 credits)
- 03Unit 515: Creating and Delivering Operational Plans (6 credits)
- 04Unit 520: Financial Management (6 credits)
Methods of study
- •Self-paced online – delivered via a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

Assessment
Assessed through a written assignment for each unit — no examinations. Learners must complete 13 credits (a minimum of 130 Total Unit Time hours) to achieve the qualification. Learners should be at least 18 years old with a good understanding of written English, and it is beneficial to be working in — or to have experience of — an organisational role.
