These Terms of Service govern your use of the SHIFT Institute website and enrollment in our training programs. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment

Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Full payment is required before the program start date unless otherwise agreed.

Certifications

Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements as set by Highfield Qualifications (HABC).

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the program start date. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
