What you will study
- 01Unit 501: Principles of Management & Leadership in an Organisational Context (7 credits)
Methods of study
- •Self-paced online – delivered via a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
- •Typically completed within 3 months, at around 6–9 weeks per unit with a suggested timetable
- •Monthly virtual induction intakes
- •A personal tutor is allocated on registration to support you throughout the course
Assessment
Assessed through a written assignment — no examinations. Learners must complete a minimum of 40 Total Unit Time hours and 4 credits to achieve the qualification. Learners should be at least 18 years old with a good understanding of written English, and it is beneficial to be working in — or to have experience of — an organisational role.
